sorry for the lack of updates! family issues and business expansion!
Basically iv stuck to the general idea of feeding myself every 2-3 hours with clean healthy food, protein, carbs and fats at certain timing intervals. im trying to build some solid lean muscle without the bodyfat gain… My basic view is that alot of people “BULK UP” or “CUT” which i dont disagree with as such but i just dont do it! to me whats the point in banging 5000Kcals a day from anything you can for 10 weeks to put on 12lbs…. 10 of which will be fat…. to the go down to eating 1400kcals a day for 8 weeks to “CUT”…. kind of killing 20 weeks on gaining 2lbs of muscle and still probably keeping 2-3 LBS of extra fat from the “BULK”.
Gain Lean Slowly… SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND PISS ON!!!
——- The supplements ( Arginine, BCAAs, Glutamine & Creatine ) are on hold due to me needing a capping machine to make them into swallowable tablets…..
